Project Scope

Teams handle end-to-end fiber installation from PLDT’s distribution lines to customer premises, including aerial cabling, cable pulling, and splicing. They perform FTTH activation by securing proper fiber connections, conducting signal and speed tests, and installing customer equipment such as modems, routers, landline units, and IPTV boxes. The scope also covers repair and maintenance activities, including troubleshooting service interruptions, performing preventive maintenance, and replacing damaged fiber lines to restore connectivity.
