Project Scope

Conduct a site survey and develop a design plan for the implementation of Wireless Private Network technology and equipment installation across base stations.
Perform the installation of AAU, RRU, CPRI, BBU, DCDU units and their corresponding cabling across base stations.
Carry out the installation of six servers within the Meralco Data Center, ensuring proper configuration, connectivity, and integration with existing infrastructure.
Deploy 1,139 Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) units and verify end-to-end connectivity and integration across all base stations to support reliable network performance.
