Mr. Aperocho serves as First Vice President and Head of Networks of Meralco. He is a member of the Board of Directors of General Electric Philippines Meter and Instrument Company, Inc., MRail, Inc., Meralco Energy Inc. (MSERV), and Meralco Employees Mutual Aid Benefit Association, Inc.

Mr. Aperocho holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Mindanao State University and was the topnotcher (Rank No. 1) in the October 1991 Electrical Engineering Board Examinations. He completed his Masters in Business Administration Program at the J.L. Kellog School of Management of Northwestern University/The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
