Mr. Carasig has over 25 years of experience in Human Resource Management. He currently heads the HR Operations Group of Manila Electric Company (Meralco) since 2010. Prior to joining Meralco, he was connected with Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines Inc. for 19 years, his last position as Head of Human Resources, and two years with San Miguel Corporation as Head of Corporate Labor Relations & Corporate Security Group.

Mr. Carasig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management Engineering minor in Mechanical Engineering from De La Salle University and completed a Certificate Course Program for International & Strategic Management at Ateneo de Manila Graduate School.
