Mr. Ochava is Vice President in Meralco, under the Networks Group. He is the Chief Operating Officer of Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation and the President and CEO of its two subsidiaries, Miescor Builders Inc. and Miescor Logistics Inc. He was Chairman (2015-2017) and currently Vice President of Meralco’s Employee Mutual Aid and Benefit Association (MEMABA).?

A registered Electrical Engineer, Mr. Ochava acquired his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technological University of the Philippines.
