The Project Manager, End-Client Services is responsible for providing client installations, repair and maintenance services to clients within agreed service levels and within internal budget targets

  • Engagement in simultaneous and multiple end-client telecommunications installations, repair and maintenance works
  • Consolidation of data to determine project requirements such as cost elements and prepare estimates, resources and schedules in alignment with Service Level Agreements with clients
  • Preparation of project scope and development of Project Management Plan, Project Risk Management Plan and Project Change Management Plan for dissemination to internal and client stakeholders
  • Preparation of the Project Table of Organization, Project Budget and Resource Schedule
  • Facilitation of meetings with internal and client stakeholders to communicate expectations, roles and responsibilities, periodic reports and to resolve issues as needed.
  • Communication with internal and client stakeholders on availability and timely delivery of project materials and equipment and dependency on third party stakeholders like government entities, property owners/administrators, etc.
  • Utilization and promotion of Miescor’s tools and systems in project management and resource management
  • Execution of end-client installation, repair and maintenance project plans through best practices and appropriate methodologies while ensuring quality and safety.
  • Identification and management of project dependencies, critical path items, potential problems and preparation of action plans
  • Monitoring and control of project budget utilization, preparation of periodic/milestone reports and facilitation of documentation up to billing and project closure
  • Review of the capabilities and performance of partner suppliers and/or subcontractors
  • Involvement, provision of inputs and communication of lessons learned in the preparation of bid proposals
  • Participation in establishing policies and procedures that are consistent with overall company policies and operating objectives.
  • Monitoring of applicable laws, regulations, technologies and communicate their perceived impact to the organization, business and clients
  • Participation conventions and conferences to be abreast and up-to-date with frameworks, applicable laws, regulations, technologies, vulnerabilities and assess and communicate the impact to the organization and its practices
Applicants should possess the following qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferably with working experience in Telecommunication
  • With knowledge in trends, innovations and related services particularly in Utility, Public Telecommunications, CATV & Broadcasting and Building Construction Industries at least (7) years.
  • With project management knowledge and discipline based on Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
  • With knowledge in preparation of project scope and development of Project Management Plan, Project Risk Management Plan and Project Change Management Plan for dissemination to internal and client stakeholders
  • Knowledge in preparing of Project Table of Organization, Project Budget and Resource Schedule
  • Engage in simultaneous and multiple telecommunications infrastructure, systems and facilities construction works
  • Excellent Customer Relations Skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Applications
