Execution planning, design and evaluation of assigned Non-Electric Project
Site inspection, data gathering and analysis of inputs/requirements
Review of applicable codes
Schematic/concept design and perspective
Design development of engineering design
Sanitary and Plumbing design
Sanitary working drawings and contract documents
Assessment, Review and Validation of preliminary and final/actual design
Development of technical specification
Sign and seal design plans, contract documents, building and occupancy permit application forms and other project requirements
Design coordination and clarification
Applicants should possess the following qualifications:
Must be a licensed Sanitary Engineer
Proficient in the current version of AutoCAD, MS Word & Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
At least 2 years of experience working in design of buildings and site development
