Mr. Michael David Brion Azucena is MIESCOR's General Counsel and Head of Legal, as well as the company's Data Protection Officer and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Under MIESCOR's subsidiaries, MIESCOR Builders Inc. and MIESCOR Logistics Inc., he holds the title as their Corporate Secretary.

He also served as the Legal Counsel of the Business Contracts and Consulting department in Meralco, as well as the Assistant Corporate Secretary in the Meralco PowerGen Corporation.

Mr. Azucena obtained his degree Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy as the magna cum laude and Presidential Scholar in the University of the Philippines. He also holds a degree of Juris Doctor in the same university. He is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines - Makati Chapter, and of the International Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
