Mr. Ricardo Concepcion is the Senior Assistant Vice President and head of Employee and Labor Relations of Meralco and MIESCOR responsible for maintaining and improving the employee relationships which affects the workstation.

He was the former director of Miescor Builders Inc. (MBI), one of MIESCOR’s subsidiaries which specializes in electric transmission and distribution system, general engineering, building and substation construction, site development and communication and underground lines. He was also a former director or independent trustee of Meralco Employee Mutual Aid and Benefit Association, Inc. (MEMABA).

Mr. Concepcion holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Behavioral Science.
