Engr. Michael Cazar Leynes is the Project Head and Business Unit Head of MIESCOR’s Distribution Utilities Services.

For the past 17 years, he has earned an exposure as a project engineer, project control engineer, project superintendent, and admin head of the Distribution Utilities Services.

Engr. Leynes hails from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
