Mr. Vladimir L. Damian is the Chief Finance Officer of MIESCOR Builders Inc. and MIESCOR Logistics Inc., the two wholly owned subsidiaries that strengthens the company's operation and services.

He has also been an instrumental asset to Meralco as he served to be the Head of the Meralco Asset Management Accounting and Meralco Sector Accounting. He was previously the Head of Finance and Administration of Meralco Employees Mutual Aid and Benefits Association, Inc.

Mr. Damian is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor who graduated with the degree Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
