Engr. Ma. Jocelyn J. Salinas is the Officer-in-Charge of MIESCOR's Quality Assurance & Control division. She was the prior head of the company's Process and Standards department, in addition of previously being the Head of the Engineering Services department.

With 25 years of experience in the industry, she has built an impressive expertise as a former business development officer, engineering division and services manager, submittal review manager, and a structural design engineer.

Engr. Salinas is a licensed Civil Engineer and a Quality Management Systems (QMS) Auditor/Lead Auditor. She has earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Civil Engineering in the University of the Philippines.
