Mr. Quintin Federico Paredes is the head of Telecommunications, one of the business units of MIESCOR which directs and oversees the function of Account and Product Management, Solutions Architecture & Integration, Infrastructure Build and End-Client Services.

With over 16 years of working in the Telecommunications and Industry Technology, he becomes an industry expert in utility communication, was able to spearhead MIESCOR’s common Tower Infrastructure Services and established strategic plans for Telecom Backbone and Access Network upgrades and expansions. Prior to Telecom Business Unit, he was a consultant to MIESCOR Saudi Arabia Company Ltd., the former AVP & Head of ICT Governance and Engineering of MIESCOR Philippines, Senior Manager of Radius Telecom, Inc. He also landed several roles in MERALCO notably Senior Associate for Enterprise Architecture, ICT Engineering officer, ICT Planning Engineer and Design Engineer.

Mr. Paredes is a Professional Electronics Engineer with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Information Technology in Polytechnic University of the Philippines Graduate School and a diploma course in Applied Project Management in Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
