Mr. Wilfredo Bernardo is the head of Project Execution Management, responsible for planning and execution of MIESCOR’s EPC projects. He oversees the implementation of projects in construction, testing and commissioning of electric power transmission lines and towers, and substations.

He was the former head of Utility Attachment Management (UAM), of the MIESCOR’s business units, responsible for the evaluation and processing of Request to attach (RTA) applications, installations of alley arms and maintenance.

Prior to MIESCOR, he worked with MERALCO as the head of Design Distribution Service and Sub-transmission Lines.

With over 35 years of experience in the power industry, Mr. Bernardo has been an expert in the field of project management, utility attachment, distribution design, substation, sub-transmission line construction, operations, and maintenance services.

Mr. Bernardo is a licensed electrical engineer with a degree in Bachelor of Science of Electrical Engineering in MAPUA Institute of Technology.
